Pesticides (CDPHE Hemp) Action Limits
The pesticides listed are not allowed in regulated hemp facility products and must not be detected during laboratory testing at the limits of quantification (LOQ) established or approved in accordance with the department’s State Public Health Laboratory, Disease Control and Public Health Response Division’s, Hemp Testing Laboratory Certification, 5 CCR 1005-5.
